Description
A light and slightly “fruity” pasta. It pairs extremely well with seafood and fresh vegetables. Basil Angel Hair cooks quickly and it’s a great pasta for a light summer meal. The recipe on the package is Seared Scallops with Brown Butter over pasta, which can be prepared in 45 minutes or less.
COOKING DIRECTIONS:
Cook pasta in plenty of salted, rapidly boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Stir frequently. Test for doneness. Do not overcook.
